Salon Eight 9 Zero understands that sometimes schedules change, and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. A credit card is required to schedule any appointments beginning January 1st, 2021. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours or for which a guest is a "No-Show", will be charged 50% of the service amount to the credit card on file.
Here at Salon Eight 9 Zero we understand that accidents and emergencies happen that prevent 24-hour cancelling and/or rescheduling your appointment. Salon guests are given (1) grace appointment a year for last minute schedule changes, cancellations, or no-shows.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule or modify your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a "No-Show" and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
If you have been exposed to COVID- 19, you and/ or family member are waiting on pending test results, we still expect you to cancel/ reschedule your appointment. These cancellations will not be charged as these protocols protect everyone!
We will NOT be rescheduling COVID cancellations within 10 days from the date we are notified, but we will do our best to reschedule your appointment as soon as possible after those 10 days.
