Salon Eight 9 Zero understands that sometimes schedules change, and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling appointments. A credit card is required to schedule your appointment. We will no longer be enacting a cancellation charge for appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours. However, Salon Eight 9 Zero will implement a “rebooking fee”, which will require the client to pay for their next service in full at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to being in a commission based industry, please understand that these policies are put in place to ensure that our team is maintaining a livable wage. Thank you for your business and understanding.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule or modify your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. We do this to maintain the quality of our services that you have come to know and love. We respect everyone’s time, so this policy is to ensure that we try our best to service you while also remaining punctual for the next client in our schedules. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 100% of the service scheduled.
Salon Eight 9 Zero wants you to be 100% in love with your hair! If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us within 7 days of your appointment for any minor complimentary adjustments. Our team strives to make sure everyone leaves happy, and therefore we do not offer refunds of any kind.
